General advice - in rebuilding mode to right the ship. Our board is understaffed, Membership has fallen off, our main building is under construction, our collections are in piles of boxes without any indexing or organization, we do not have a functioning central office, etc. So it's really impossible to specifically list our needs because we need to right the ship first.
