This Exchange was an idea spawned from the North Country Special Collections Collaborative, a community comprised of Northern NY cultural organizations, from public libraries to museums to arts organizations. As such, the Exchange is an ever-evolving resource alongside the community that creates it. Infrastructure support is provided by the Northern New York Library Network.
